Manpower Global stores the name, email, phone, location, relevant experience, cover note and optional PDF CV you submit to manage the vacancy you choose. Application data is held in the recruitment database on Hostinger.
We use transactional email to confirm your application, verify your email, request sharing approval and notify you of recruitment updates. This does not subscribe you to marketing.
Before an employer can access your profile, you will see its company and recipient email and can approve or decline. Approved recipients see your contact details, experience, cover note and optional CV for this recruitment purpose. Access expires after seven days and can be revoked sooner. A previously downloaded copy cannot be recalled.
Track progress, review sharing requests or withdraw through your private candidate workspace. Withdrawal closes your application and revokes employer access. It does not automatically erase records.
For access, correction, deletion, retention questions or a lost access code, contact mpbd@manpowers.global. Retention is currently managed by staff; automatic deletion has not been configured. The business must confirm its retention policy before accepting real applications.
A PDF upload is checked for size and file signature, stored privately and downloaded as an attachment. Automated antivirus scanning is not configured; staff should use their endpoint protection before opening CVs.
